Conference schedule
Day 1: Great questions & challenges
The first day will be dedicated to the presentation of the societal & industrial contexts of complex systems engineering. The morning will consists of high-profile invited seminars in order to give to the participants a clear and synthetic vision of the domain and of its themes. In the afternoon, some parallel contributed sessions dedicated mostly to industrial case studies will be run; a poster session is also foreseen. The poster session will blend into a dinner cocktail.
Day 2: Towards a theory of systems
The second day of the conference will be centered on systemic methodologies and fundamentals emerging from academic as well as industrial environments. The message that the architectural paradigm can help to think about complex systems in a unified way will be gotten across to the audience during the morning’s invited high-level seminars. In the afternoon, there will be contributed parallel sessions on theoretical and/or methodological topics. Again, a poster session will follow, and the official conference dinner will end the day.
Day 3: Technical contributions
The third and last conference day will be wholly dedicated to contributed talks. These will take place within thematic parallel sessions, where industrial and academic presentation will be mixed. A poster session and a ``wine and cheese’’ event will close the day and the conference.
