Registration fees
Registration fees include all talks & events access, coffee-breaks, cocktails and wine & cheese party plus a single copy of the regular papers & posters proceedings
Normal Registration Fees (before July 31, 2010)
- For students: 200 euros
- For academic participants: 400 euros
- For industrial participants: 600 euros
Late Registration Fees (after August 1, 2010)
- For students: 250 euros
- For academic participants: 500 euros
- For industrial participants: 750 euros
Extra conference services
Lunch
Lunch is not included in the registration fees. As a facility to the CSDM 2010 participants, we offer however the possibility of taking all lunches on the conference site, in the Salon Honorat which is the traditional VIP reception hall of the Cité Universitaire Internationale de Paris, as an extra conferene service.
- Lunch (12:30-14:00) – October 27, 2010 : 50 €
- Lunch (12:30-14:00) – October 28, 2010 : 50 €
- Lunch (12:30-14:00) – October 29, 2010 : 50 €

Social event - Diner at the Cercle National des Armées
Social event is not included in the registration fees. Reservations for the diner at the Cercle National des Armées, a memorable high standard private Parisian location - shall therefore be taken as an extra conference service.
- Social event (19:30-23:00) – October 28, 2010 : 90 €

To register
Your registration will be validated when the registration fees will be paid. Two possibilities are offered to you at this level. You may indeed pay:
either by credit card (an invoice will then be automatically emitted and emailed to you in order to allow you to manage your reimboursement)
or by administrative order (a financial proposal will then be emitted at the order of your financial service and emailed to you; your registration will then be valid when we will receive a formal order form from your organization).

Conference fees management
Fees will be managed by the non-profit association C.E.S.A.M.E.S. - 41, rue Barrault - 75013 Paris which is in charge of the logistical coordination of the CSDM 2010 conference. Each registration to the CSDM 2010 conference integrates always a free "associated membership" (adhésion comme membre associé) to C.E.S.A.M.E.S. for the current year 2010.
